Returns
At Cottonfield Gardens, we strive to make our return process as seamless as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, simply email us at customercare@cottonfieldgardens.co.uk, and we’ll organise a collection at a time that suits you.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, complete with all packaging, and in a re-sellable state. Ensure that items are carefully packed to avoid any damage during transit.
Upon receiving your returned items, our team will inspect them thoroughly. We will then notify you about the status of your refund or replacement. Please note that Cottonfield Gardens reserves the right to refuse a refund if the items have been used, are incomplete, are not in their original packaging, or are not in a sellable condition.
If your return does not meet these conditions, the items will be sent back to you, and additional delivery charges will apply.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse(s). If this is not possible, we shall reach out to you via phone or email. Please note that credit card refunds may occasionally take longer to process.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please email your request to customercare@cottonfieldgardens.co.uk. Should your order have already been dispatched, you can refuse delivery upon receipt or contact our customer care team within 30 days of receiving the item and we shall arrange a convenient collection for you. Once the items are returned to us, we will process your refund to the original payment method, deducting any applicable collection/return fees.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your items upon delivery. Any damage or fault must be reported to our customer care team within 48 hours. You will need to send us photos and a brief description of the damage. Our team will assess the situation and arrange for a refund, repair, or replacement. In such instances, all associated collection and courier charges for replacements will be covered by Cottonfield Gardens.
Incorrect Items
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@cottonfieldgardens.co.uk. We shall arrange for a free collection of the incorrect item(s) and work to get a replacement to you as soon as possible.
Warranty
At Cottonfield Gardens, we are committed to offering high-quality products built to last. To ensure your peace of mind, each item comes with a comprehensive warranty that covers manufacturing defects in accordance with UK consumer law (please check the product pages for specific warranty periods, as some items include an extended warranty by default).
Please note, our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or natural wear and tear. For any questions or assistance, please contact our customer service team within the warranty period specified on the product page.
