Delivery Information

At Cottonfield Gardens, we take pride in offering a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Every order is carefully handled by our trusted partners to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.

Delivery Costs

Delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum spend.

Small & Medium Items

Delivered by our parcel courier, typically within 3–5 working days from dispatch. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.

Large Furniture

Delivered by a two-man service. Delivery usually takes 7–10 working days. Our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a suitable date and provide tracking details.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to UK mainland only. Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Highlands or the Scottish Islands.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. All items are dispatched from our UK warehouse. If you miss a scheduled delivery, the courier will provide instructions for redelivery, and additional charges may apply for large items.
