Delivery Costs & Timings
We provide complimentary Standard Delivery across mainland UK on all orders.
Deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Saturday between 8 am and 6 pm, excluding public holidays. Your order will be delivered by either our trusted partner delivery team, often using a two-person service, or the manufacturers own logistics network. We strive to deliver all in-stock items within 3-10 working days of your order being placed. In certain cases products are manufactured to order and can take longer. Specific timelines for these items will be clearly indicated on their respective product pages.
Please be aware that our standard service includes kerbside delivery only, unless otherwise specified either our partner delivery team, often using a two-person service, or one of our trusted courier partners.
Shipment & Order Tracking
For most orders, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched. This email will provide tracking details, which are typically active within 24 hours.
Please note that not all shipments include tracking information, as some logistics partners operate without tracking systems. We are committed to ensuring timely delivery regardless of the tracking availability.
Delivery Limitations & Conditions
Due to certain geographical restrictions, our delivery services are currently limited to mainland UK. If you reside outside mainland UK and wish to order, please contact us via the contact form before placing your order, so we can provide a tailored delivery quote. We also offer international shipping assistance and can arrange delivery to a UK-based freight forwarder. To ensure the most accurate quote, please provide the complete delivery address and details of the products you wish to order.
Please note that deliveries to areas outside mainland UK may take 3-4 weeks, compared to our standard 3-10 working days. Customers are responsible for managing any customs arrangements and associated costs.
Day of Delivery
On the day of delivery, you will receive a notification with your estimated delivery time, between 8 am and 6 pm. Our drivers may courteously attempt to contact you 30 minutes before arrival to provide an updated time however this is not always the case so please ensure someone is available to take delivery on the day.
Please note that our delivery service is kerbside, meaning items will be delivered to the front of the property only. If you are not available during the arranged delivery time, a fee may be applied for re-delivery.
Our standard delivery does not include setup, assembly, installation or removal of packaging materials. If these services are required, please choose the Assembly/Installation option during checkout (subject to this service being available).
If you request delivery to a 'safe place,' you will assume responsibility for any loss or damage once the items are delivered.
Assembly & Installation Service
If applicable, our nationwide assembly service is available as an option in the product listing which should be selected before adding to basket. This service includes delivery to your outdoor space, assembly of your items, and removal of all packaging for recycling. In some instances, our assembly team may arrive separately from the delivery of your goods.
Cancellations & Returns
We hope your purchase meets your expectations. However, if you decide to return your item(s), please contact us at customercare@cottonfieldgardens.co.uk to arrange a collection. Once the items are returned, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that a collection fee for returned goods will be deducted from your refund.

Items not in Stock
If your item is out of stock after your order has been placed, we will notify you via email. You may choose to wait if the item is expected to be back in stock within 1 month. If the item remains unavailable after 1 month, your order will be automatically canceled, and you will receive a full refund. Alternatively you can opt to cancel the order at your discretion without having to wait.
