Installation Options:

• In-Ground Fitting: Secure your Aurora parasol in a paved patio, garden, or lawn with in-ground fitting option. Detailed instructions are provided, or you can opt for our professional installation service.
• Cross Base with Concrete Blocks: Ideal for situations where permanent installation is not possible, this free-standing option includes 4 x 25kg concrete blocks, offering stability in light to moderate winds.
• Base Plate on Decking: Utilise your existing decking frame to attach the parasol securely, adding additional supports as needed.
• Base Plate on Concrete Patio: The base plate can be installed directly into paving or concrete, leaving only a small base plate visible when the umbrella is stored away.

Delivery

For in-stock items, orders will be dispatched the next business day of them being placed.

Delivery is free to mainland UK address; otherwise, shipping charges will be calculated during checkout. We typically deliver within 3–10 working days.

If you are outside mainland UK, please contact us on 0333 303 4838 before placing your order as shipping arrangements are charged and ETA vary.

Returns

You may return your order within 30 working days of receipt, provided that all items are in their original condition and packaging.

It is your responsibility to ensure goods are returned in the condition they were received, and you will be responsible for covering any return shipping costs.
