GLOW Heater & Light Pendant

The GLOW collection features sets of 3 or 5 individual pieces, offering versatile installation options. Each unit can be suspended independently, or grouped using optional ceiling modules to create a circular or linear arrangement. Additionally, a control box is available for adjusting light intensity with a remote control and activating the heating function.

The GLOW can be used with or without the heating feature, and light can be dimmed easily with the optional remote control.

Featuring discrete far-infrared heating, the GLOW provides a cozy and inviting atmosphere with two adjustable heat settings for optimal comfort. As a 100% electric system, it produces no CO2 emissions and is energy efficient.

Constructed from high-quality aluminium and stainless steel, the GLOW collection is designed for durability in outdoor environments. For applications in windy conditions, the units can be mounted on stainless steel stems.

Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician.

Delivery

For in-stock items, orders will be dispatched the next business day of them being placed.

Delivery is free to mainland UK address; otherwise, shipping charges will be calculated during checkout. We typically deliver within 3–10 working days.

If you are outside mainland UK, please contact us on 0333 303 4838 before placing your order as shipping arrangements are charged and ETA vary.

Please note that if your order includes installation or fitting services, these may be scheduled separately from the delivery and handled by a different team.

Returns

You may return your order within 30 working days of receipt, provided that all items are in their original condition and packaging.

It is your responsibility to ensure goods are returned in the condition they were received, and you will be responsible for covering any return shipping costs.

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately to avoid any potential return shipping fees.
