How can I contact customer support?

Our Customer Care team is here to help with any questions about your order, delivery, or product care. You can reach us using any of the following methods:

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following secure payment methods:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Google Pay
  • PayPal

All payments are processed safely through our encrypted checkout system.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can make changes or cancellations — just contact us as soon as possible at customercare@cottonfieldgardens.co.uk.

Once your order has been dispatched, changes can’t be made, but you can return the item once it arrives.

Shipping

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is completely free on all orders, with no minimum spend required. There are no hidden fees for standard UK mainland deliveries.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the size of your order:

  • Small and medium items: Around 3 working days from purchase.
  • Large furniture or bulky items: Around 10 working days from purchase.

All deliveries take place Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

Will I receive tracking information for my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

For large furniture items, our delivery partner will also contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery date.

Do you deliver outside the UK mainland?

Unfortunately, we currently only deliver to UK mainland addresses.

We’re unable to ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Highlands, or the Scottish Islands.

Returns

How do I return an item?

To start a return, email our Customer Care team at customercare@cottonfieldgardens.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

We’ll respond within one business day to confirm eligibility and provide detailed return instructions.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

You can either arrange your own return or ask us to handle collection for you.

If you’d like us to arrange collection, the following standard return fees apply:

  • Small and medium items: £10
  • Large furniture items: £40

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll cover all return shipping costs and arrange collection free of charge.

If you choose to return the item yourself, please use a tracked courier and make sure it’s securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we’ve received and approved your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.) and typically appear in 3–5 business days after processing.

For change-of-mind returns where collection was arranged by us, any applicable return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please check your order upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at customercare@cottonfieldgardens.co.uk
with your order number, a brief description, and photos of the issue.

We’ll quickly arrange a replacement, or full refund at no cost to you.
