We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.
Can I order an item that is out of stock?
If an item is temporarily unavailable, you may sign up for a stock notification. If no option appears, please contact us and we’ll confirm availability.
I placed an order but haven’t received confirmation—what should I do?
Please check your spam folder first. If you still haven’t received anything after 30 minutes, contact us with your order details and we’ll resend the confirmation.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll do our best to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Delivery
Do you deliver outside of the UK mainland?
Currently, we deliver to UK mainland only.
How long will delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 1–3 working days for smaller items. Larger furniture pieces are typically delivered within 7–10 working days.
