At Cottonfield Gardens, we believe in offering products that are built to last. That’s why most of our collections include a 5-year guarantee, while our outdoor furniture is covered for 3 years.
What’s Covered
Our guarantee protects you against structural faults and defects in materials or workmanship.
- 5 Years – lighting, rugs, outdoor scatter cushions, parasols & bases, protective covers, outdoor lighting, and fire tables/lanterns.
- 3 Years – outdoor dining and lounge sets, chairs, tables, corner sets, and sunbeds.
What’s Not Covered
We aim to be transparent about exclusions so you know exactly what to expect.
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading, scratches, minor marks).
- Natural variations in wood or rattan (colour changes, small cracks, texture shifts).
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper assembly, or failure to follow care instructions.
- Outdoor cushions left exposed to heavy rain or for long periods without proper cover.
- Accelerated corrosion from salt water or coastal air if not regularly maintained.
Caring for Your Products
With the right care, your furniture can be enjoyed for years to come. We recommend:
- Using breathable protective covers.
- Storing cushions indoors during wet or winter months.
- Following the cleaning and care guides provided with your order.
Making a Claim
If you need to make a claim, please retain your proof of purchase and contact us at customercare@cottonfieldgardens.co.uk with details and clear photographs of the issue.
If your claim is valid, we will:
- Arrange a repair, spare part, or replacement; or
- Offer a partial refund if that is the most suitable solution.
This guarantee is non-transferable and limited to the original purchase price paid.
