Returns & Refunds

At Cottonfield Gardens, we take pride in the quality of our outdoor collections. If for any reason your purchase isn’t quite right, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Returning an Item

To start a return, please email customercare@cottonfieldgardens.co.uk and we’ll advise the best method.

Unless the item is damaged, faulty or sent in error, the cost of returning it is your responsibility. You may use your own tracked courier service, or we can arrange a collection and deduct the fee from your refund:

• Small & medium items – £10 (lighting, rugs, scatter cushions, parasols & small bases, covers, lanterns)
• Large furniture – £40 (dining sets, lounge sets/sofas, tables, corner sets, sunbeds)

Items must be complete, unused, and returned in their original packaging. If packaging is missing or the item is not resellable, we may return it to you or deduct a reasonable amount from your refund. If a booked collection is missed (for example, if nobody is available or the item is not packaged), a re-booking fee may apply.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process the return, and a further 3–4 working days for your bank to show the payment. If we arranged the collection, the return fee will be deducted unless the item was damaged, faulty, or sent in error.

Problems with Your Order

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours at customercare@cottonfieldgardens.co.uk with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost.

If your item develops a fault later, contact us with details and photos. We’ll assess and, if confirmed, arrange a repair, spare part, replacement or refund in line with our Guarantee. Please note that normal wear and tear, such as fading or weathering, is not considered a fault.

If you’ve received the wrong item, let us know and we’ll arrange a free collection and send the correct item as quickly as possible.
